Fats really aren’t the bad guy, there’s a reason they’re called ‘essential fats’. Your body needs them to function optimally. Now see, I was going to write up an article to give you the full low down on fats, but a nutritionist by the name of Steph Lowe in Melbourne, Australia has beaten me too it and quite frankly, she’s nailed it.
I would highly recommend watching the short 2 min clip in the article too called ‘The saturated fat myth debunked in two minutes and thirty five seconds‘, its well worth it.
